Field Trip/Extra Credit:Supplies Needed

Hi Parents!

FIELD TRIP-Just a Reminder: Field Trip Forms and Money ($12) is due next Friday, March 15, at the latest for the Museum of Science and Industry Trip.  Chaperones are free and we need 5 more for our class if any parents are interested.  Please list who will be coming with your child on his or her form upon turning it in.

EXTRA CREDIT- We are in need of tissue!!! For those students who have already brought their supplies in for the year, you are being offered 2 points extra credit per box of tissue to go toward reading, writing, or math.  The credit will be applied to area of MOST NEED.  6 points/3 boxed maximum for this quarter please.  Thank you parents who have sent tissue with your child already.  I appreciate you and all you do!
