Spelling sight and vocabulary words for 10/5-10/9/15

Hw 10/5-10/9/15

Here is the Homework pattern for next week

Monday –

Math- chapter 2-1 homework page

Reading – spelling sailboats: use the spelling list from Friday's packet to carefully write the spelling of each word from the list this week.

Tuesday –

Math – chapter 2-2 homework page

reading – comprehension questions: use your reading textbook to answer the questions at the end of this week's focus story, "The Lion and the Mouse "

Wednesday –

Math– chapter 2-3 homework page

reading – vocabulary homework: use the glossary in your reading textbook to define your vocabulary words for the week

Thursday –

math – chapter 2-4 homework page

reading – writing homework: read and complete the "write about it" prompt at the end of your focus story for the week and write a creative or informative story.

Friday – practice packet: fluency passage, sight word practice, math pages, Book report and spelling and vocabulary words for next week.

**** this homework pattern will remain the same but the focus will be different each week.
